Board of Directors
The Efficient Group’s unitary Board comprises four executive directors, four non-executive directors, and two alternate directors who represent significant shareholders.
The Chair is an independent non-executive director. The Board consists of three women and seven men, and four members from a designated group. The Board is appropriately skilled and, together, has more than 250 years’ experience. 30% of the Board is represented by females who exercise 41% of the Board vote.
