The Efficient Group’s unitary Board comprises four executive directors, four non-executive directors, and two alternate directors who represent significant shareholders.
The Chair is an independent non-executive director. The Board consists of two women and five men, and one member from a designated group. The Board is appropriately skilled and, together, has more than 250 years’ experience.
