We are proud to have a dedicated Compliance Department that is responsible for managing compliance with all legislation applicable to the Efficient Group and all of its subsidiaries. Compliance and excellent corporate governance are essential elements in our business and we adhere to the principles of the Code of Corporate Practices and Conduct as outlined in King III.
